Despite the intense relaxation resulting from yoga, it is also an incredible cardiovascular workout because of the breathing exercises. This combination will leave you feeling de-stressed and energized all at once. The physical and mental benefits of yoga are endless, and regular practice of yoga can begin a path to an improved lifestyle. Regular yoga practice allows you to live more in the present moment.
